How does it work?


Using smart OCR technology and an ADT feed, we can process your items and automagically add Name and DOB without human intervention.


Technical Requirements:

We require an ADT feed from your organization to enable our smart OCR technology to validate names and dates of birth before adding them to the work queue items. 


Why aren't all the names added with Patient Match? 

Here are a couple examples of why an item might not be matched to a patient even with Patient Match activated:


1. If the received item is a new patient to your clinic, then that patient will not be in your ADT feed and the item will not be matched to a patient. Bonus, this might be a great way to identify new patient referrals!


2. Can you read the below? Neither can our magic computer :/
