Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to https://secure.fl.hienetworks.com and login using the username and temporary password provided to you by your account designee

2. On the next screen you will be prompted to create a unique password that be at least 8 characters long and must contain one digit, one capital letter, and one special character (%^&#@!)

3.You will then be asked to generate a security question and an answer, this allows Centralis Health to verify your identify should you have a support request and/or need

4. You will then need to confirm you information and electronically agree to the user Terms of Use

5. Lastly you will need to login one more time using your new credentials

6. If after clicking login you see the below dashboard you have successfully activated your account, GREAT JOB!
