If you are receiving this error when trying to log in to the knowledge base portal, there is a simple fix!
1. You are receiving this message because you do not have an email associated to your Centralis Health user account.
Log into the secure web portal, select My Profile from the left menu, add your email address and don't forget to click save at the bottom of the screen.
Once completed try and log into the Knowledge Base again, if you continue to have issues contact Support@CentralisHealth.com
