Centralis Health Desktop Error

This error typically is a result of no/poor internet connection. To troubleshoot this issue follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to the secure web portal using this link: Secure Web Portal

2. If you can log into web portal your connectivity issue may be resolved, and you should try the Centralis Health Desktop again. 

3. If you continue to receive the below error submit a support ticket using this link: (Enter Support Ticket)
