If you download buttons are missing from the secure web portal there a couple things that might be amiss
First, please confirm that your Centralis Health Desktop is connected from the dashboard screen of the portal like the screen shot below
If it says NotAuthenticated like the below, launch and log into your Centralis Health Desktop and refresh your dashboard to confirm you are connected
Second, if the above doesn't resolve your missing buttons issue, confirm that you have properly setup you Download Folder in the Centralis Health Desktop local settings options. See Download Configuration knowledge base article for assistance with this step
Lastly, if you have completed the first two troubleshooting steps and you STILL don't have buttons contact your organizations Centralis Health account designee to confirm you have the proper user permissions that allows these buttons to display in your user portal.
