Launch the Centralis Health Desktop (CHD) and after logging in click the file option in the top left corner
Then navigate to the local settings option in the drop down
Once there browse to the folder/file location to want to save your downloaded records to. This is where they will live until imported to your EMR
Confirm you file location is correct and then click Save
