Secure Web Portal Issues


If you are experiencing issues with the secure web portal like freezing or slowness when clicking through site there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot. 


1. IF you are using Internet Explorer (IE), this is most likely your issue. We suggest you change to a different default browser immediately. Microsoft is no longer supporting IE, and recommends all users switch to Edge for a better user experience for MANY website, not just ours. Chrome works great as well!



 2. Confirm your internet is working properly by accessing another website to determine if it is also having the same issues as Central Health secure web portal



3. Last resort, please provide details to Centralis Health support team on where the Freezing and Slowness are occurring. 

    For example, "My computer takes forever which I change work queues, click the done button, use find item, etc, etc"
