Forwarding a Work Queue Item

1. To Forward a work queue item to another department or healthcare organization, you will want to click on the external Communications tab of the work queue item you wish to forward.


2. Type any message you wish to include with your Forward and then click Save Comment & Forward. Both your message and the documents will be forwarded, and you will retain the original work queue item you queue.
