Digital Upload URL: How it Works

1. Obtain a unique Digital Upload URL from a Centralis Health Account Success Manager. This link can then be shared via email or posted on your organization website as an alternative to faxing records. 

-The unique Digital Upload URL will point to a specific work queue associated to your organization, make sure you know which work queue you want records delivered to BEFORE contact support.

After item is submitted the sending office would receive the below confirmation screen, as well as an email confirmation IF they provided an email address prior to submitting

2. Once the sender uploads the records you will receive a new work queue item in the designated Digital Upload work queue instantly. 

-You cannot respond to these work queue items; they are meant for inbound communication only.
