Adding an Assignment

If you would like to assign an item to a user and/or department for a more organized work queue that allows for eaiser sorting, follow the steps below:


1. Open the item you would like to assign to a person/department. From the " Add Assignee" dropdown, choose the appropriate person/department. Then click "back" to go back to your items list.




2. Once you are back on your items list, you can use the "Assigned User" filter to filter down your list. Click "Refresh" and your list will filter down to whichever person/department you are wanting to view.



Contact Centralis Health Support to add additional users or departments to your Assignment dropdown
