Follow the below steps to set up email notification
1. Log into the secure web portal: Secure.fl.hienetworks.com
2. Click on the words My Profile in the left menu
3. Confirm you email address is correct and that Enable Email Notifications is checked. Select the types of notification you'd like to receive in email and then scroll to bottom of screen and click Save
