Error Log

1. Sometimes, we need you to send us your error log for troubleshooting issues.


Here is how to navigate to your error log:


C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\CentralisHealth\Desktop\Log

 

The app data folder my be “hidden” so make sure you have view hidden items to on. Save the most recent .log and email it to us here support@centralishealth.com
