Brother Scanner: Connections Error 03

If you see the below after selecting Centralis Outbound or Centralis Inbound try these steps




First click on the wrench and screw driver icon to access the settings


Then select Network



Then select Wired LAN



Scroll down and click on Wired Status 



Is should say Active



if it doesn't then scroll to the bottom of the menu to Wired Enable and see if it is off or on



If off then turn it on 



Scroll back up and click on Wired Status and see if the status is now Active



Once active give the scanner 1-5 minutes to recalibrate and click the Centralis Outbound or Centralis Inbound button again to see if you are now connected.
