1. Log into the secure web portal and navigate to the New Items page
2. Attach all files to the New Item using the Choose File button
3. Select Enter Email on the New Items page in the portal, and then enter the email address you wish to send to. Patient name and DOB are required when sending a secure email. Lastly click Submit/Send
4. The recipient will receive an email that looks like this with the following instructions:
