TABLE OF CONTENTS
- 1. Log into the Centralis Health secure web portal: HTTPS://Secure.fl.hienetworks.com
- 2. Make sure you are associated to your main inbound work queue before starting the process.
- 3. Click on the words Received Items Requiring Action to view all active received items
- 4. Received items are typically worked oldest to newest, but you can change your filters here to fit your needs
- 5. To open an item click on the Centralis blue hyperlink text in the work queue list
- 6. For all items review the document and add name and DOB and then click Save Details.
- 7. Determine if the document needs to go to be Reviewed, sent EMR for import to chart, or if it is a inbound Referral for appointment.
- 8. After clicking Save Details button in step 7, the item will automatically move to the new work queue and you will be redirected to the active work queue list.
- Repeat steps 1-7 until all active items have been updated and sorted, you will know you are finished sorting when the list is empty and the Dashboard reflect all zeros as seen below

For Review
Send to EMR
-If for EMR for import to chart select your designated download queue from the Receiving dropdown and click Save Details
Referral
-If a Referral, check referral check box, select your designated referrals queue from the Receiving dropdown and click Save Details
8. After clicking Save Details button in step 7, the item will automatically move to the new work queue and you will be redirected to the active work queue list.
Repeat steps 1-7 until all active items have been updated and sorted, you will know you are finished sorting when the list is empty and the Dashboard reflect all zeros as seen below
